1. SCOPE

These General Terms and conditions of sale set out the terms and conditions that apply to all use of the website and to sales between Bee & See and persons who make purchases through the website.

Use of the website and sales of products are this subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of sale. Users and customers who do not accept them must not use this website.
You are acting as a customer, for non-commercial purposes, and that you are of legal age and have full legal capacity, or, as the case may be, that you have obtained the permission of your legal representative or legal guardian.

Bee & See reserves the right to reject any clearly disproportionate order for quantities that appear abnormal for a customer and could be considered as professional supply sourcing for commercial purposes.

The website can be accessed free of charge by any user with an internet access. Users are responsible for their own computer equipment and internet access. Any costs associated with access to the website will be borne by the user/customer.

4. PRICES

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping cost. Shipping costs are specified when orders are placed, and vary according to the delivery option selected, quantities ordered, and the toal order amount (see shipping and delivery).

5. ORDERS

You can place orders on the website at any time by following the process below:

Bee & See will retain title to the items until the order is paid in full, until it collects amount of the order.

In placing an order, you are deemed to accept the prices and descriptions of the items available for sale. The pictures accompanying the products on our website are provided for illustrative purposes, and only the description of the products are binding.

In any event, if one or more ordered item are not available, Bee & See agrees to notify you as soon as possible and, as the case may be, refund you within 30 days after payment is received. Your order will then be canceled automatically.

6.SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Bee & See agrees to deliver products ordered as soon as possible no later than thirty (30) days after the order date.
Average delivery times from the time orders shipped are 48 to 72 hours, Monday through Saturday.
Bee & See propose you delivery by Colissimo which delivery to you at home (signature required) 24 to 48 hours after your order is shipped. If you are not at home or if the delivery is not possible, your package will be left at the nearest post office or at the nearest Colissimo agency.

You are responsible for checking the conditions of delivered items.
Any problems with the items must be reported within three days of delivery.

7.PAYMENT

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – EFFECTS

The return costs will be borne by the customer.
You will receive a full refund of the amounts paid upon receipt and verification of items that are returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days following the date on which Bee & See is notified of your decision regarding withdrawal. Bee & See will refund You using the same means of payment as that used to complete the initial transaction, unless You agree to another form of refund.
Refunds may be withheld until Bee & See has received the item or until You provide proof that it has been shipped. The date taken into account will be that of the first event to occur.
You must return or hand the merchandise over to Bee & See without undue delay and, in any case, within thirty days of the date on which you notify Bee & See of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline will be deemed to have been met if You send the item before the end of the thirty-day period. You will be liable only for depreciation of the item resulting from handling other than that required to determine its nature and characteristics and ensure that it is in good working order.

10. REFUNDS

You have 14 days following receipt of a product ordered on www.beeandsee.com to request a refund, free of charge. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment You used for the initial transaction, provided that the product is duly returned to Bee & See in accordance with the return procedure set out below, with its original packaging intact, and it has not been worn, washed, ironed, altered, or soiled.
If the product returned does not meet the refund conditions, it will be sent back to You as-is and the refund will not be processed.

Bee & See is liable to You by operation of law for proper performance of the contract.
Bee & See will not, however, be liable for failure to perform or unsatisfactory performance of the contract entered into in the event of force majeure, occurrence of an event attributable to You, or any inconvenience or unforeseeable and uncontrollable damage that is attendant upon use of the Internet, including in particular service disruptions, outside intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.

13. WARRANTIES

Warranty of fitness
All items offered by Bee & See are subject to the warranty of fitness provided for under Articles L211-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation). To be fit for purpose, the product must be fit for the ordinary purposes for which similar goods are to be used and match the description provided on the Website or present the qualities that a buyer can reasonably expect of the product in view of the public statements made by the seller, the manufacturer, or its representative, particularly in advertising or on labels.
The images appearing on the Website and the rendering of their colors depend on the screen and computer systems used. Therefore, color deviations are not necessarily defects.
