Parcel Delivery

Parcels are generally sent 2 days after receiving your payment. They are sent via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without any required signature at reception. Parcels can also be delivered via UPS Extra and would then require a signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery mode because as it involves extra charges. We will send you a link to trace your parcel regardless the delivery option you chose.

Delivery costs include preparation, packaging and shipping. Preparation costs are fixed while shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend to gather all your items in a single order. We can’t gather two orders passed separately and shipping costs will apply to both. Your parcel is sent at your own risk but we are particularly careful about fragile items.

Packaging dimensions fit perfectly and your items will be completely protected.
